I can’t make it to the event. What is the cancellation policy?

Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of their booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeit the payment.

I need to reschedule. What is the policy on changing meeting times?

As long as clients contact me 24 hours before the scheduled start time of their booking I have no problem with rescheduling.

I need to return a macrame piece I purchased. What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Return shipping is deducted from your refund.

I just ordered a macrame item from you. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships; click the link to view its status. If you can’t find it, reach out to me.

Do you ship internationally?

No. I only ship within the United States of America.

How do I schedule a reading? Do you do events?
